Founder

Nathalie Rushe is the founder of Rushe Capital, a placement agent specializing in alternative investment strategies. She works with institutional investors in the US, UK, Europe, and Bermuda, and has established particularly strong relationships with insurers and reinsurers in Bermuda and beyond.

One of her main areas of focus is understanding the unique investment criteria and regulatory constraints that re/insurers must consider when selecting investment strategies, and she aims to offer these allocators suitable capital-efficient strategies that comply with Solvency II, BSCR, and other insurance regulatory regimes.

In addition to her capital-raising role, Nathalie seeks to maximize value for her investors and clients by introducing them to relevant industry peers and facilitating meaningful connections. She has successfully organized several events for this purpose, including the annual Bermuda Insurance Investor Summit each April and the Bermuda CIO Forum each October.

Nathalie has a background in insurance-linked securities and structured credit, having served as a managing director of marketing and origination for a Bermuda-based ILS fund and as a vice president and underwriter at Hiscox. She has also worked in structured credit at Centre Re Bermuda and ACA Capital in New York.

Nathalie is a CFA charter holder and a board member of the CFA Society Bermuda. She also holds reinsurance credentials including CPCU and ARe and is a FINRA-registered representative at Pickwick Capital Partners with Series 7, 50, and 63 licenses. In addition, she is an Appointed Representative of Laven Advisors, authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
